TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing The Cupping Box LLC, the best place to book professional cupping services.
These terms and conditions of servicer together with any terms and policies referred to in them (“Our Terms”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and The Cupping Box LLC.
The Cupping Box LLC is a private limited liability company. We appreciate your patronage and encourage you to carefully review the terms and conditions policies (“Terms and Conditions” or the “Agreement”) set forth below.
These Terms and Conditions apply to your experience on the website either utilizing content set forth or booking appointments for services. It contains very important information about your rights and obligations as well as limitation and exclusions that apply to you.

By scheduling an appointment for cupping through the website, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (in its present state with changes or amendments) and to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, in relation to your access to or use of this website. These Terms and Conditions are subject to modification without prior written notice at any time in The Cupping Box LLC’s sole discretion. You should periodically review these Terms and Conditions for any changes. The terms of this Agreement shall govern the terms of your interactions with The Cupping Box LLC through the website.

BOOKING AND GENERAL NOTICES:

Client is booking services with The Cupping Box LLC and shall not use a false name to book the cupping service or any other service. Client will in no way try to engage the Provider (Independent practitioner providing Cupping) in any sexual manner during the service. Client understands that this service is intended for the indications that cupping helps with (pain relief, circulation, mobility improvement etc.). In the event client attempts to engage the provider in any act or conversation of a sexual nature, services will be terminated, and no refund will be issued for that walk-in fee or month membership. Client will remain responsible for the full price of the intended service/membership.

RATES AND SERVICES:

The total price for the services/membership and/or products selected for purchase during the visit will be stated on the online purchase receipt. Terms of payment are within The Cupping Box LLC’s sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed to, payment must be received prior to the service. Payment for the products must be made by credit card, unless otherwise agreed to. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Your credit card is processed immediately, and The Cupping Box LLC does not store credit card numbers for one-time purchases. Credit card details will be stored for recurring membership payments only. The client will know immediately if the transaction was declined or approved. After processing, the client will be shown a transaction receipt; please print or save the receipt for records.


INFORMED CONSENT:

Client understands that Cupping is intended to enhance relaxation, decrease pain, increase circulation, improve range of motion and help boost the immune system. Client understands the general benefits of cupping. Client understands that the client is responsible to inform the provider al all injuries or surgeries prior to the start of the cupping service. The provider will go over any contraindications and treatment plans with the client in person. Client understands that cupping is not a substitute for medical treatment or medications, and that is recommended that clients concurrently work with the client’s primary caregiver for any condition the client may have. Client is aware that cupping therapy does not diagnose illness or disease, does not prescribe medications, and that spinal manipulations are not part of cupping therapy. Client will inform provider of all client’s known physical conditions, medical condition/history, medications, and client will keep client’s current provider updated on any changes.

PAYMENT:

Client is not to pay the provider with cash tip or gifts. Payment is to be made directly to The Cupping Box LLC via in-person or through the app or website.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL MEMBERSHIPS AND SESSIONS:

 

Within 8 hours of your class booking, no changes can be made to your reservation.

 

You may cancel a reserved session for any reason without charge up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled session time. All changes made prior to the 12 hour cancelation window will have the session credit placed back into the account for use and no fees will be processed.

 

A cancellation before 12 hours of the session start time will result in a $20 charge and a loss of the session credit if you have membership. If you late cancel a session on a membership and want to attend a later time, this will use another credit in your membership (4 total per month) in addition to the $20 late cancel fee.

 

A no show without cancelation will result in an automatic $25 charge and loss of a session credit (if client has membership). Please not that no changes can be made to reservations within 8 hours of the session start time. For new client walk-in BOGO is exempt from this, but will result in a loss of a session.

 

In order to cancel a membership, please email info@cuppingbox.com at least 15 days before your contract renews. Any request to cancel a membership needs to be in writing in an email.

 

FIRST TIME TO SESSION:

 

Please arrive 10 minutes before session to go over an introduction to Cupping Services and how to prepare for a Cupping Session. We sell apparel and drinks as well if needed. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your first session, you will go through the orientation sections of the Cupping Service and may not receive treatment for the first visit. The orientation is that important.

 

LATE POLICY:

 

New clients must arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the session start time in order to go through the orientation.

Existing clients that arrive past 20 minutes of the start time are not permitted due to scheduling.

Classpass clients: Please note that we are unable to adjust/modify any Classpass reservations on our end. Please reach out to Classpass with any questions.

 

PREGNANCY:

 

We welcome pregnancy clients, however we ask that you get approval from your doctor before taking a session to avoid any risks. Please consult with a doctor who knows about cupping. Here are a few facts and information available. There are certain areas, such as the lower abdomen, lower back and certain acupuncture points, that should not be cupped on pregnant women. Cupping does leave slight dark discolored marks that looks like bruising. Cupping is appropriate for any hip, neck or joint pains for pregnancy.


GUEST POLICY:

 

Cupping Box members may have guests use their membership credits (4 per month). When a guest arrives they must know to sign up for an account on the Cupping Box app and sign in the privacy policy, terms of service and waiver documents before treatment. If a guest signs up for a membership then the referring member will be given 50% off their next billing cycle month/year.



MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT:

Our membership agreement is between The Cupping Box LLC, referred to as the company, and monthly and yearly members, referred to as Members. By creating a membership online for our monthly or yearly membership, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions and membership agreement. Please review cancellation policy and agree with terms and conditions. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, all clients acknowledge they allow a 15-minute window for provider to be late for a scheduled appointment due to any unforeseen road conditions that may occur for commute. Cupping session cancelled due to provider arriving up to 15 minutes late will still be charged full upon price. Any breach of membership agreement will result in the loss of benefits of membership and these benefits. All prices will be reverted to a standard single pricing. Any breach of The Cupping Box LLC’s terms and condition resulting from inappropriate behavior will result in a loss of all membership discounts and any credit on account will be deemed forfeited as liquidated damage.
By booking a cupping session with The Cupping Box LLC as a member, you are agreeing to The Cupping Box LLC membership agreement. Member acknowledges that member has read this agreement, and the additional terms and conditions, the current membership terms and policies which collectively comprise of this agreement, and which constitutes the entire agreement of the parties. No other agreements, written or oral, exist between member and The Cupping Box LLC. Changes to hours of operation or price increase are not grounds for early cancellation or refunds. Member may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation all discounts shall cease, and member will revert back to standard walk in pricing structure. If cancellation takes place on the first month and client has been charged for membership, no refund will be given to the client; credit will be applied to account for use (4 credit per month membership paid). No refunds shall be given for previous charges or yearly memberships. All yearly memberships must pay in full at time of booking. There are no refunds given for any portion for yearly members. All monthly members automatically renew on the first of every month. All yearly memberships renew yearly from day of sign up.
Subject to the following conditions: (1) The monthly and yearly membership shall be drawn on or about the date or dates of the Payment Schedule. The transaction on your credit card will constitute receipts for payment on your account. (2) If the regular payments set forth on payment schedule should vary in amount, you are entitled to notice at least 10 days before each payment of when it will be made and how much it will be. However, by executing this preauthorization, you agree to get this notice only when the payment would differ by more than $50.00 from the most recent payment. (3) The privilege of making payments under this arrangement may be revoked by the company if any item is not paid upon presentation. (4) If this preauthorization payment arrangement is revoked for any reason, this does not release you from your obligation (payment schedule). (5) A service fee ($25) will be assessed and drafted for any credit card or order returned for insufficient funds or any other reason. A late fee will be assessed and drafted should any monthly payment become past due. (7) This preauthorization payment arrangement shall apply to all members.
